Temporary Branch Closing

The West Quincy Branch of Palmyra State Bank located at 8480 Hwy 24, West Quincy, MO 63471, closed on Saturday June 14, 2008 due to the serious threat of being flooded. The entire block of safe deposit boxes was relocated after business hours on June 12 with Marion County Sheriff’s Department escort to the Palmyra location. An employee from the West Quincy branch has relocated to Bank of Quincy (Palmyra State Bank affiliate bank) where customers from the Quincy area can conduct business. If the flood waters recede, the branch in West Quincy will reopen within a short period of time. Should the area be flooded, Executive management will assess damages and determine how to proceed.

ALERT COUNTERFEIT CASHIER'S CHECK

Palmyra State Bank is experiencing the distribution of counterfeit cashier's checks. Checks are printed in the amount of $4985.00 with the remitter being Confidential Shopping INC. If you have received one of these checks, please report to your local police.
