Certificates of Deposit

Our certificates of deposit are available in terms varying from 3 months to 60 months. A minimum deposit of $2,500.00 is required to open a Certificate of Deposit. Savings Account

Statement Savings Account - This savings account is affordable for our youngest customers, but is a good investment for anyone. A deposit of only $50.00 is required to open this account and to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Interest will be compounded and credited to your account every quarter. An account maintenance fee of $2 will be imposed each month in which the balance falls below $50.00 on any day during the month. Four withdrawals will be allowed each month and an excessive withdrawal fee of $1.00 will be imposed to each withdrawal over four. A dormant fee of $2 per month will be imposed on accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months. The dormant fee is waived for accounts with balances of $1,000 or more. Primary account holders under the age of 18 or full time students that provide us with their birth date or graduation date will have a $10 minimum to open and earn interest on one account and the service charge and dormant fee will be waived on that account.

Christmas Savings Account - This account only requires a $1.00 deposit to open and to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Interest will be compounded and credited to the account during the third week of October each year. Christmas savings checks for the full balance in the account will be mailed after November 1st annually; accounts will reopen after November 1st of each year.

Individual Retirement Accounts

For individuals only, funds are invested in a CD or a Time Open Savings Account within the IRA. New contributions, roll-over or other qualified plans may be used to open an IRA. Maturities range from 6 to 60 months. Please call a customer service representative for current terms and rates.
